We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, returning your order is simple! Here's what you need to know:

Returns

You can return your items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email returns@redefinedelegance.nl with your order number and the reason for the return . We'll ensure the process is handled with care and attention.

• Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale cannot be returned. However, sale items may be exchanged for a different size, a different item, or store credit.

Refund Policy

We want your experience to be smooth and worry-free. If:

• You did not receive the correct products

You are entitled to a full refund.

However, we cannot issue a full refund in the following cases:

• The order didn't arrive due to factors under your control (eg, incorrect shipping address).
• The order didn't arrive due to circumstances outside of our control (eg, customs delays or natural disasters).
• The order was placed during a sale, though you can still adjust the total amount for other products.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or partially refund returns that do not meet these requirements.
